Data submitted through the contact form is received exclusively by the E.D.E.N Media Studio team via the secure email account contact@edenmediastudio.ro, hosted on edenmediastudio.ro servers in Romania.

- Contact form emails: maximum 2 years from last interaction or until deletion is requested;
- Contract data: in accordance with legal obligations (usually 5–10 years);
- Server logs: maximum 90 days.

7. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: SSL/TLS connection (HTTPS), restricted access to internal systems, secure passwords and authentication. In the event of a security incident affecting you, you will be notified in accordance with GDPR obligations.
8. International data transfers
Your data is processed and stored on servers located in Romania/the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the EEA without adequate safeguards. Exception: Google Fonts services may involve a technical transfer of IP address data to Google's servers.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP):
